couldn't help but enjoy with you again!!!

FOR A NEW 12 GAUGE SHOTGUN!!!
Other raffle items are available as well.
Each person who enters will recieve a raffle ticket & you must be
present to win.

Hunt Details &
Rules:
-
The Entry Fee is $675.00
per team. Each team consists of 5 people and up to 5
dogs.
-
Your Entry fee includes shells, snacks, & meals
including a steak dinner starting at 5:30 p.m.
-
Each Team will need to find & harvest 21 Birds.
-
Each Team will receive 2 1/2 hours. Time
slots are 8:00 - 10:30, 11:00-1:30, & 2:00-4:30.
- No more than 5 dogs can be on the ground at one time.

All Birds must be checked in with your Judge before
leaving the field.

Shot birds must be whole. (Wings, heads, etc...
will not be counted)
-
Birds must be harvested with a gun. No tools
or devices to aid in catching a bird can be used.

If a bird is caught by hand/by a dog a shell
will be deducted
-
Marked shells must be checked out when leaving the
lodge and checked in before leaving the field.

Points for time will not start until every member
checks in with the Judge.

Any bird not recovered from the field will be
deducted from your score.

Your Judge will compile your points based on the
system below.

Accomodations are available at our recently
renovated lodge for those who are traveling.
Point System
-
Remaining Shells are worth 2 points a piece
-
Birds are worth 10 points a piece. (+10 for a harvested bird &
-10 for a missed bird)
-
Remaining time is scored at 2 points per minute
-
Only the first banded pheasant harvested by each team will be worth 50
points
-
When you get back to you vehicle(s) time will not stop until all guns are unloaded
& then the judge will figure your score
